Role Title: Scrum Master
Location: Northampton
Duration: 31/12/2026

Days on site: 2-3

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for lending platforms (loan origination, servicing, credit systems)
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring Agile best practices
• Own end-to-end delivery: scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality
• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical solutions
• Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams
• Drive sprint execution, backlog prioritisation, and release planning
• Monitor delivery using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, KPIs)
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration
• Manage stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology
• Bridge business and technology (techno-functional role)
• Use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, XRAY, Service First
• Experience in Banking/Lending domain
• Manage Change Request life cycle
• Maintain project plan and keep it up to date with status
