Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves leading Agile delivery within a major energy sector programme, focusing on Operational Technology (OT) and Cybersecurity. The position requires facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting product managers, and ensuring team alignment and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and relevant industry experience. This is a hybrid role based in Swindon, requiring on-site presence two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams
- Support product managers in defining processes, shaping product pipelines, and capturing demand
- Run workshops, planning sessions, and prioritisation activities
- Help teams structure and manage their workload effectively
- Ensure delivery practices align with OT and Cybersecurity requirements
- Promote transparency, flow, and collaboration across the organisation
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and Kanban environments
- Background in OT and Cybersecurity
- Experience working within the energy sector (highly desirable)
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to support product managers with process definition and pipeline creation
- Strong JIRA expertise for workflow, reporting, and backlog management
