Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of SEND improvement projects
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, risks, and issues logs
- Monitor progress against milestones and support performance reporting
- Prepare reports and updates for senior leaders and governance boards
- Coordinate activity across SEND, education, health, and social care partners
- Support assurance, documentation, and audit requirements
- Ensure projects align with SEND statutory duties and improvement plans
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a PMO or project support role, ideally within SEND or local authority services
- Strong organisational, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programmes
