A bit about the job: This role exists to lead the delivery of high-quality design across Aviva’s corporate communications during a period of maternity leave. You’ll turn complex briefs into clear, engaging creative that brings our priority communications to life visually. You’ll work closely with project managers, designers and stakeholders across Brand & Corporate Affairs. The role supports campaigns across internal and external channels, from digital platforms to live events. You’ll be accountable for creative quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience delivering high-quality design that follows brand guidelines, mainly for digital use. A strong portfolio showing expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling (static and motion). Experience creating assets such as presentations, reports, infographics, and social content. Confident in using industry standard design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects PowerPoint, and Firefly. Experience in Premier Pro an advantage. Qualifications in a related field of study with proficiency in Apple Mac Operating Systems and proactively keeping up to date with latest design trends and industry innovations (namely generative-ai).
