Key Responsibilities:
- Own, plan and deliver paid media strategies across multiple client accounts
- Develop, implement, monitor and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns
- Manage daily performance across Google Ads, Meta and Bing platforms
- Control keyword bids, budgets, impression share, quality score and core performance metrics
- Identify trends and insights to optimise spend, performance and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, testing and ongoing optimisation
- Build and launch new campaigns, ad groups and paid media initiatives
- Improve CTR, Quality Score, conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency while reducing CPC
- Produce and maintain analytics dashboards, reports and performance insights
- Collaborate closely with the CRO team on A/B, split and multivariate testing
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ agency-side PPC account management experience
- Proven experience managing high-spend, high-turnover accounts
- Strong track record of driving PPC performance and growth
- Confident analysing data and translating results into actionable strategy
- Commercially focused with strong numerical accuracy
- Advanced spreadsheet and analytical skills
