ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a 12-month fixed term contract. As a Senior PR & Influencer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, cultural relevance, and reputation for Townhouse globally. You will lead proactive consumer and trade media engagement, founder and brand storytelling, and the amplification of new salon openings, partnerships, and campaigns. Additionally, you will support influencer and advocacy initiatives to help position Townhouse as the most talked-about beauty services brand globally. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-connected PR professional with strong beauty, fashion, and lifestyle media relationships who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to secure impactful earned media across consumer lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and trade outlets.
  • Line management of the PR Executive, who supports the day-to-day delivery of influencer activity.
  • Deliver PR campaigns for new salon openings, supporting franchise partners with tailored toolkits and local amplification.
  • Craft press releases, pitches, media kits, and thought-leadership opportunities for Townhouse and its Founder.
  • Secure consistent coverage for new salon openings, product innovation, brand partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Position our Founder & Chief Creative Officer as a thought leader across beauty, fashion, and business media.
  • Support in securing advocacy from tastemakers, KOLs, and celebrities aligned with Townhouse’s brand pillars.
  • Lead planning and execution of press days, influencer appointments, launches, and brand events.
  • Maintain a data-led approach to PR performance, tracking coverage, reach, engagement, and ROI aligned with departmental OKRs.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong experience in PR, either agency-side or in-house, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Well-connected with a proven track record of delivering impactful earned media results across print, digital, and social.
  • Experience within franchise or fast-growth businesses is advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge and daily use of AI platforms.
  • Skilled in crafting compelling founder and brand stories.
  • Strong experience managing press events, launches, and influencer activations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an editorial, fashion-forward tone.
  • A genuine interest in nails, beauty, fashion and culture.

LOCATION

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Support Centre in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
