Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are seeking a Structured Finance Lawyer to provide part time (3 days per week) to provide support to our global technology client. Advising on structured finance transactions. Managing transactions from inception to completion. Reviewing and negotiating transaction documents. Handling internal instructions and queries. Setting up transaction structures

Person specification: Structured Finance Lawyer. Ideally with fintech experience. Experience in consumer lending. Comfortable with ad hoc arrangements and flexible working hours.
