You will have strong experience across the following: Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Dynamics 365 and CRM PowerBI SharePoint Online This includes, experience working across environments and pipelines with knowledge of managing change in Power Platform. Skills we are looking for in relation to Dynamics 365 and CRM include: • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, including data modelling, relationships, and security roles • Configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365, including tables, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules • Experience designing, configuring, and extending Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Familiarity with Power Platform ALM processes, including solution deployment across environments, would be advantageous. Certification in PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer beneficial but not essential. Solutions you deliver should be reusable and scalable with a focus on consistency and maintainability. You will be able to review existing processes and improve them while thinking about better cost efficiency and performance. As part of this you should have a desire to learn and explore new technologies. You will place a high importance on the security of the solutions we build, including secure design, data protection, and the management of security roles within Dataverse and SharePoint.
