Are you an inspiring manager with a passion for creating impactful experiences that help young people make informed decisions about higher education? We’re looking for a Student Recruitment Manager (UK) to lead the planning and delivery of student recruitment events and initiatives. This role is central to the University’s recruitment strategy—bringing together teams, stakeholders, and prospective students through engaging, high-quality activities that support undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment across the UK.

As Student Recruitment Regional Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the University’s student recruitment strategy across the UK and Campus Events. You’ll lead a small team of dedicated professionals to plan and execute impactful recruitment events - from open days and offer holder events to schools engagement and student ambassador programmes. Your work will directly influence undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment outcomes.

Contract Type

Please note, this is a fixed-term role covering maternity leave. You will be required to start on 16 February 2026 (or soon after) to 15 February 2027.

About You

You’ll bring:

Additional Information

The role involves some travel across the UK and will require you to work around 8 x Saturdays per year. You’ll be required to work full-time from campus in the run up to key events. You’ll work closely with central and departmental marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
