Stibbe is currently looking for a full-time (0.8 FTE also possible) Team Leader Assistant for the FMG Regulatory, Competition Law and Corporate Criminal Law practicegroups.
As a team leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing your own team of assistants. The assistants provide secretarial support to the lawyers and notaries, among others. Regular consultations take place between the various team leaders, who report to the (Senior) HR Advisor(s) Non-Legal.
Your tasks will include:

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree. In addition, you have at least 8 to 10 years of experience as a secretary/assistant, preferably within the legal profession or business services. You have leadership skills, are able to perform tasks independently and coordinate them within the team of assistants according to your own insights.
You are service-oriented, have strong substantive knowledge, are a team player and have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are proficient in MS Office.
