A leading high-street retailer is looking for a Technical Programme Manager to drive the delivery of complex, large-scale technology change across both customer-facing and operational systems. This is a high-impact role at the heart of business and technology, where you’ll lead programmes spanning multiple teams, platforms, and environments.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes in a live retail environment
- Managing multiple workstreams across Product, Engineering, Architecture & Cyber Security
- Coordinating with Store Operations and third-party partners
- Owning delivery plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance
- Ensuring smooth rollout and operational readiness with minimal disruption
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager in complex environments
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage engineering teams
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream programmes
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
