Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, building and operating a VMware Cloud Foundation private cloud supporting data-centric security use cases
- Turning business and application needs into scalable VCF architectures across management and workload domains
- Planning capacity and producing HCL-compliant designs across compute, storage and networking, including edge considerations
- Standing up and configuring VCF environments, with a strong focus on automation
- Integrating and configuring platform services where required
- Maintaining and improving secure, virtualised collaboration and development environments
- Creating reusable templates, standards and operating procedures for application teams
- Continuously improving the resilience, performance and security of the platform
Key Skills:
- Strong background in infrastructure or platform engineering
- Hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (or closely aligned VMware technologies)
